Some of you may have received duplicate copies of our monthly Newsletter.

Our newsletter is sent out via an automated “script”. This script is normally hidden from view. It seems, however, Yahoo got ahold of it and triggered the distribution of the newsletter. We detected this fairly quickly but some of the people early on in the mailing list already received a duplicate before we were able to stop the mailing process. We are working to update this process to make it more secure and less succeptable to aggressive search engine spidering. While we're flattered Yahoo! is so interested in our content, this is a case of “Too much of a good thing”.

Again, we've resolved the problem and we’re upgrading our mailing list service to insure that this doesn't happen to you or any of our clients in the future.
